8 Week Winter Workshop series continue
These 90 minute workshops give us the time to take what you get on the balls with you off the balls. As your body realigns it craves moving freely. This workshop combines the benefits that you get on the ball with traditional exercise. I refer to this as Whole Body Moves. No movement is an isolation exercise. Your body is more like electricity than a bunch of different parts.
Exercises are done, sitting, standing and lying down with particular attention to alignment and balance.
