Do It Different: 8-Week Workshop Series
This workshop series combines the benefits of the Miracle Ball Method along with traditional exercise. We will use the experiences we have on the ball, and a weekly exercise program incorporating all parts of the body, sitting, standing, lying down.
Using the Miracle Ball Method, we’ll focus on breathing and key areas of the body working as a whole. You’ll experience the joy of movement again—reshape your body, reduce tension, and feel deeply connected and at peace.
